the internet is sparse over here. freshly graduated and moving into my new apartment soon. pretty scared, but i've been working my ass off since graduation. i've got a ton of new pieces that i'm working on and i've been a sketchbook junkie. here's a preview of some of my sketchbook.

my obsession with the fact that all illustrators have boston terriers can hopefully be over now.

four years of illustration education has taught me that teachers have your best interest in mind - and that totally and completely clouds their judgement and in turn jumbles your brain.

and this was an travel advertisement for katherine streeter's personal viewpoints class. it's a bit more smiley than i like to go, but i think the assignment called for it.  i still have to figure out how i want to paint the clouds, which are going to get redone, and add in hands holding the day open to show the night. might be hard to understand, but one day you'll get it.
